Ten years ago, Universal Bookkeeper was just an idea — and a whole lot of heart. This month, we celebrated how far that idea has come with a special 10-year anniversary ribbon cutting hosted by the Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce and the Rome Area Chamber of Commerce.
Before the celebration, our team took a quiet moment to reflect on everything that’s brought us here — the clients who’ve trusted us, the community that’s supported us, and the relationships that have shaped our journey. We truly wouldn’t be here without you.

Founded in 2015 by husband-and-wife team Justin and Beth Miller, Universal Bookkeeper began with a simple goal: to offer accounting services that feel different. Professional, yes — but also approachable, people-first, and built on real relationships.
